At Fused, we have been exploring the future of sustainable design and environmental innovations since 2020. Our mission is to redefine the furniture industry by seamlessly integrating creativity with advanced, sustainable technology. Fused's additive manufacturing technology is revolutionizing the furniture industry by offering unprecedented opportunities for customization, design flexibility, and sustainability. Among the various 3D printing technologies, we have chosen pellet extrusion as our preferred method, enabling us to produce large furniture pieces quickly and cost-effectively.

Transforming Furniture Design with 3D Printing: Beauty & Functionality

Dune Chair

The design is inspired by the desert dunes, where organic shapes and natural gradients of the terrain were mirrored in the chair. The chair was produced as a single, seamless piece, providing it with a unique shape and structural strength without the need for assembly or joints.

Mashrabeya

The concept for chair design draws deep inspiration from the timeless beauty of Mashrabeya, the intricate geometric patterns found in traditional Islamic art. These patterns, with their repetition, symmetry, and mathematical precision, form the foundation of both beauty and strength. The chair is an example of this innovative approach—it serves not only as a functional seating piece but also doubles as a container for books, promoting a love of reading.

Memories Light

The "Memories Light" collection transforms memories into 3D light designs using advanced printing technology. Each lamp is printed with eco- friendly PLA material, creating three-dimensional sculptures that capture moments and emotions tied to those memories. The lamps include many different shapes and sizes to accommodate the needs of any users.
